Olumide Oworu is a Nigerian actor, model, and rapper who was born on December 11, 1994. Olumide studied at Lagos’ King’s College and the University of Lagos. In June 2017, he received his bachelor’s degree from Babcock University. With the television series Everyday People, Olumide began his acting career at the age of six.

He’s also recognized for his performance in the Africa Magic Series ‘The Johnsons’ as ‘Tari.’ Other television shows in which he appeared include The Patriot, The Men In Her Life, Hammer, Stolen Waters, and New Son. In MTV Base’s Shuga series, Olumide played the character ‘Weki’ in seasons 3, 4, and 6.

Olumide Oworu has received a number of honors, including “Mr Popularity” in the Model of Africa 2012 competition, “Nollywood Revelation of the Year” at the Scream Awards 2014, and “The Most Promising Youth Actor” at the Ping Awards 2014. In the 2015 Best of Nollywood Awards, he was named Most Promising Actor, and in the 2016 Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards, he was nominated for Best Supporting Actor for his outstanding performance in the film Soldier’s Story.

Olumide is not married yet and his net worth is estimated to be $1 million.
