Cynthia Ikponmwenosa Morgan (born September 23, 1991), also known as Cynthia Morgan, is a Nigerian singer and songwriter. She completed her basic formal education in Benin City, Edo State, where she was born.

She started singing backup for her mother’s band when she was three years old. Cynthia Morgan’s mother was 20 years old and pregnant when her father abandoned them, according to reports. She was raised by a single mother who is now a well-known gospel singer in Benin City. Morgan’s early love of music was most likely due to this factor. Many believe Cynthia Morgan did not continue her education after high school and instead pursued a career in music. We can’t say for sure whether the singer never went on to university, but we couldn’t find any evidence that she did.

Cynthia began writing songs when she was young. At a young age of seven, she had already written some songs to her credit.”Dutty Stepping,” a song she co-wrote with General Pype, was her debut single when she was 17 years old. She told hiptv that she began supporting her mother at the age of 14 and began her career at the age of 16.

She moved to Lagos, Nigeria, in 2008 to pursue her musical career. On the 22nd of August 2013, Cynthia Morgan signed a recording deal with Northside Entertainment Inc. Jude Okoye is the head of the record label. She released two hit singles, “Don’t Break My Heart” and “Lead Me On,” not long after signing with Jude, both of which received rave reviews.

Cynthia is single and her relationship status is unknown. There have been rumors linking her to other musicians in the past, but this has not been confirmed.

Cynthia has an unknown net worth. On the 24th of May 2020, however, she revealed that she was ‘broke’ in an interview with Sandra Ogbebor on “upfrontwithSandra.” In any case, she claims she has lost everything as a result of a bad contract she signed with Jude Okoye.
