BIOGRAPHY OF ACTRESS MARY LAZARUS
Mary Lazarus is from Abia State in Nigeria, which is primarily populated by Nigeria’s Igbo people. May 5, 1989 was her birthday. Mary hails from Abia State’s Ukwa East Local Government Area, where she was born into a family of nine that included a mother, father, and six siblings, of whom she is a twin and one of the family’s last born children, alongside her twin brotherJoseph. Mary applied to the University of Ibadan in order to obtain a university degree after receiving both primary and secondary education and earning her First School Leaving Certificate and West African Senior School Certificate. She was accepted and she gained admission to the institution, where she eventually earned a B.Sc.in Geography with a 4.4 cumulative grade point average.
After meeting John Njamah, the director of Gbenro Ajibade’s film “Waiting Years,” Mary Lazarus began her acting career in 2009. Waiting Years marked her acting debut in 2009. She has since appeared in over 100 Nigerian films, and thanks to her outstanding screen performances, she has developed a strong brand. Mary Lazarus is a director and producer who works in the film industry.The film ‘Dance to My Beat’ was released in 2017. She released the film Social Media 101 in 2019, which was shown in theaters across the country.
